Next stage of my new animation project. I had to analyse the text to know what’s being said on what frame and how the character will pronounce everything. It’s not difficult, just a bit tedious. I also improved my storyboard, only to have it rejected again so I’ll just show some sketches from now and will update soon with (hopefully) the final storyboard and some animation process.
The scanner quality isn’t great though..

The lack of internet at my home is making it difficult to update, so for now I’m just posting some first sketches for my new animationfilm for school which is focused on lipsync. Some of you have been wondering how we make the things we do at school, so here’s the first WiP update.

I’m a bit reluctant to share this video since it’s nowhere near being finished but some people have been asking about it. I tried to make the world/planet, Atar, feel artificial, almost mechanical so i worked with both classic animation and stop motion. Anyway, the film was an experimentation, so expect more improvements (and finished stuff) soon. « Read the rest of this entry »
