I’ve made a portrait of a friend of mine. I did the linework with pen and ink and then coloured it in photoshop (unfortunately without a wacom). Read more to see the progress.

I first tried to make the portrait more realistic in pencil and then used the pen and ink. It looked too stiff and clean to my likings tho so i tried it again but without drawing everything out in pencil first and I liked the latter linework much better. Because my work is usually very flat and lineair I decided to just fill everything up with colour and only use one level of shade. For now I used everything withing the same colour-range, I will try and experiment more with colour in the future tho.
